Domaine Pierre Chauvin
Histoire de famille qui commence au milieu du 19ème siècle avec l’acquisition des premières parcelles du domaine.
Le domaine actuel est le fruit du travail de 5 générations. Paul-Éric Chauvin, actuel vigneron, a reprit le domaine en 1993. Il adhèrera, en 2000, à la charte « Terra Vitis » pour une agriculture raisonnée.
Les 9,5 hectares du domaine, situés sur la commune de Rablay sur Layon (au sud d’Angers), seront labellisés agriculture biologique en 2008.
