Domaine Jaunin
Pierre-André Jaunin est issu d’une famille de vigneron depuis 1458. Après avoir travaillé dans plusieurs caves de la région, il reprend la petite et très fonctionnelle cave basée au cœur du village de Chexbres.
Plantés sur une appellation emblématique de la région du Lavaux : SAINT-SAPHORIN, les 1,4 hectares de vignes du domaine sont certifié en reconversion bio.
Le terroir et le travail minutieux de Pierre-André permettent d’obtenir des vins riches et gourmands, tout en conservant une grande finesse d’arômes fruités.
