Domaine Malavieille
À l’ouest de Montpellier, sur la commune de Mérifons, sont installé Mireille et André Bertrand.
Après avoir renoncé aux produits chimiques, il y a 15 ans, les 30 hectares du domaine, situés sur les terres rouges bordant le lac de Salagou, profitent aujourd’hui d’un sol et sous-sol vivant.
Le domaine est certifié en agriculture biologique depuis 2003, et biodynamie (certification Demeter) depuis 2005.
