Domaine Biocave
Le domaine BIOCAVE est établie à Miège, dans les hauts de Sierre en Valais, mais les vignes s’étendent de Conthey à Loesch.
Au commencement en 1979, le papa, René Güntert fait ses armes en conventionnel mais s’essaye rapidement à l’agriculture biologique sur les 3 hectares de vignes familiale.
L’intégralité des vignes sera labellisé bio Suisse en 1989.
C’est au tour de Marc, le fils, d’œuvrer au domaine tout en combinant ses études à l’école de Changins.
