Domaine Adam
Située sur la route des Vins d’Alsace, à Ammerschwihr, la maison Adam fût fondée en 1614 et, depuis ce temps-là, quatorze générations de vignerons se sont succédées.
Le domaine compte aujourd’hui 20 hectares sur des terroirs granitiques et argilo calcaire ou les vignes y sont cultivées en biodynamie depuis quelques années (certification Agriculture Biologique et Demeter).
Il produit des vins racés bien structurés, équilibrés et élégants, d’une finesse aromatique avec de belles acidités.
