Domaine des Côtes de la Molière
Isabelle et Bruno Perraud sont installés à Vauxrenard, petit village dans le nord du beaujolais. Ils ont repris, en 1987, le domaine « Les Côtes de la Molière » qui compte aujourd’hui 8,5 hectares.
Après avoir renoncé aux produits chimiques, il y a 12 ans, suite à un accident (intoxication), les vignes profitent aujourd’hui d’un sol et sous-sol vivant. Le domaine est certifié biologie en 2002. La démarche respectueuse empiète sur la cave en n’utilisant aucun additif.
